Hi, Rob, i have a room available in my townhouse; the room has a shared bathroom. All shared common areas are furnished. I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and has a stable job. I'm asking $ for the room, which includes utilities and internet. The first month's rent must be paid before the move-in date. It will be a month-to-month contract. A little about me: I have a cat and 2 dogs; I have a soft spot for animals, and I like nature and gaming. I'm very clean and usually clean or do maintenance on the house, so I don't mind getting my hands dirty. I'm a lead supervisor for a company that designs logos for other companies.
