Looking for a Private bedroom in VA

Hello! I'm looking for a private room near Washington D. C.! I currently work from home full time, and I am a very clean person, and an early riser as well. Some of my hobbies are: sketching, visiting art museums, and reading. If you want to meet me virtually, just let me know! Hit my line if you are willing to have me as your roommate!

I would prefer a longer lease/sublease, because I will be in VA for awhile. I would also prefer to have laundry in the unit, or on- laundry. I'm also a non-smoker, clean, quiet, and I don't drink so I would prefer someone with similar living habits.
