I'm the ultimate roommate or tenant

hi looking for a room to move into immediately. Roommate or not, doesn't matter.
As long as there is parking for ny two vehicles, indoor and built-in washer and dryer, and my own bathroom to room. Internet will be required for while I am at home due to work requirements.
I am clean, quiet, a super-adult, low-maintenance, just work and keep to myself, I have no pets and just myself, and am reaponsible to be efficient and come with many benefits to skills and deep background.
Security and legal aside, I can be adaptable and as long as it is peaceful and quiet, I am looking to mainly just rest, shower and take care of things. I may travel from time-to-time. $ is maximum I am willing as I own my own properties and am only in AZ to work and to keep to myself, so I am no trouble at all and can actually help out a lot past wanting just the basics and standards. I am passively beneficial as well. Help clean-up and after myself as well.
