Furnished Private Suite

A large 3br home in SW Longmont is renting out a furnished private suite downstairs. We have paved bike paths and gravel paths nearby for all recreation. It’s a quiet neighborhood. We have a wide view of the mountains and farmlands. We have a 4 year old DAD (diabetes alert dog) cattle dog. She goes to work with me during the day. year old here time. We are open to trade.

For Rent: Furnished suite is a private square foot space downstairs. It stays temperate in the Summer and temperate in the Winter. Furnished Suite has a full bath, economy kitchen, queen bed, open closet space, living room, dining room, and an office space.

There is Central Heat/AC, access to a Washer/Dryer, and Driveway parking. /month (can be lowered with trade). Utilities are of overall, but can be capped if paid on the first of every month. We would recommend viewing the space view, to see if it would be a good fit.

We are not Owners, but renters ourselves. We have been here for over three years. Any other renter would need to be vetted by our Mngmnt. Thanks so much for your time and interest.
