Private Room and Bath on the Beach

Professional woman looking for a room on the beach. Because my asthma is totally controlled by salt air, the closer to the beach, the better! I own a health and fitness biz (twenty- yrs in biz), and also am a senior caregiver. I can help you with cooking and light cleaning, errands and shopping and transportation, organizing and office work (thirty+ yrs experience) in exchange for some rent. I'm very clean because of dust allergies, so no carpeting would be ideal. I cannot live with mold or cats. Though I love dogs, I prefer not to live with them due to dander allergies, although some dog breeds are hypoallergenic, low dander, and would be okay. I work a lot of hours but much of it is online and on the phone from my room. I do not have overnight guests, other than my daughter who comes to Florida for a weekend visit every couple of years. I would prefer someone who also has no overnight male guests. Smoking is a definite no!! I eat healthy, but make no objection to how you choose to eat. Unfurnished room is fine. Female only. (Some things may be negotiable. 😊)
