The neighborhood is friendly with many things to do in the surrounding area. I always have street parking it has never been an issue and if it is I never have a problem finding a spot a block away. In the home there is a balcony, hardwood floors, central air, laundry in basement, and both street and off-street parking available. Fully equipped kitchen, furnished living room and dining room. Has security system. This is an LGBTQIA+ friendly home. No pets please.

Minutes from JHU Bayview, ALDI, Harris Teeter, Target, and more. Less than minutes to Canton, Fells Point, and the highways. minute walk from Canton Square.

Utilities (internet, water, gas/electric) split evenly between home occupants (split by 3). A security deposit of 1 months rent and proof of renters insurance required.
