Room open in a nice, quiet duplex

I'm looking to split costs on my current rental unit. It's just me and my dog at the moment, and I'm using the room as a gym. The house has mostly newer appliances, wood and tile floors, a huge yard for pets, and wonderful neighbors. Rent is $ and will go up by $ total in August. Internet is $ per month and electric varies by season, but about the most either person would pay in a month for living expenses is $.
