Monthly rent includes all utilities (cable, internet, water, etc). The unit has central air so you won’t have to worry about the heat during the summer months. A safe building that requires code access for every door/amenity. You’ll have code access to the gym, pool, sauna, patio and gaming simulation room which are all located on the same floor as the apartment. In order to be transparent I’ve added photos of similar unit so you can get an idea of how much is paid per month before utilities.

Washer and dryer are in the unit. The twin sized daybed comfortably sleeps someone under 6ft. The couch is also able to transform into a twin sized bed, but it is a bit smaller length wise than the daybed. You’ll have a kitchen with basic pots and pans, microwave, and utensils. Lots of storage under the daybed, closet storage, a rack to hang clothes, and storage underneath the tv cabinet.
Minimum commitment of two months starting June 1st, but she’s open to starting as early as May nd with an end date of August nd for a total of three months. Located downtown, one block away from Trader Joe’s and just a twenty minute walk from Whole Foods. Just a minute walk to the Stone Arch Bridge and a minute walk to the light rail.
