Me and 2 of my friends are going to Cal State Fullerton and we are going to rent a place in Anaheim, we want to get a BIG 4 bedroom house with another 5 people so we all would share a room with 1 other person and we would all be pretty low rent while we go to school. We are looking at around each of us hundred to hundred per month, our down payment would be split between the 8 of us and then for our beds, we would also like for all of us to be in a group chat and decide home together. We are only working with people that are respectful and considerate. Dorming at CSUF is about twenty one thousand per year, we are looking to pay less than twelve thousand
