I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from May 1st to July st — just a 6-minute walk to UT.
Price: Rent $ people live together, Double occupancy $ per person)), Pest control, wifi, trash $, application handled at the office, Water and electricity based upon use
Period: May (3 months)
Location: WEST Campus (6-minute walk to UT)
It’s a B unit with a private closet + personal bathroom sink, fully furnished!
Washer/dryer in-unit, and the apartment has a 2nd floor community center with a study room and outdoor BBQ. The gym is also free to use.
Females only. Currently, 3 friendly and nice UT girls are living in the unit.
