Looking for quiet, respectful roommate that mainly keeps to themselves. Female only, Room is furnished with queen size bed and dresser. You will have your own bathroom for use. Washer and dryer available for use as well rightb next to room. Kitchen can be used for some lite cooking. No smoking, no overnight guests, pets or any drama. You will have access to swimming pool and gym, parks and stores and taco shop, coffee shop all within walking distance.
