Roommate Wanted!
This is a bath duplex apartment owned by private landlord. It’s already occupied with one occupant, therefore the other room is vacant. This is NOT a family home, looking for one single person for move-in. Room available for immediate move in. The place is freshly renovated with washer/dryer included, carport, overhead microwave, and a miniature backyard. This place is located 5 minutes away from East Point Marta station, and is within distance of restaurants of choosing. So if curious on specific locations, you can to and from East Point train station. Apartment is also located minutes away from the airport. Be mindful this apartment has potential for the outside, so although it may not look “pretty” it is completely renovated on the inside.

Please note: There is a meet-up with the person that’s currently occupying one of the rooms. An evaluation will be done and a decision will be made to see if a great fit for both parties involved to be roommates. A credit/background check with landlord will be ran, and all requirements will be provided by landlord.

I am looking for someone that can:
-Abide by the tenant/landlord agreements.
-Abide by tenant/roommate agreement.
