I am seeking a responsible roommate to sublease one bedroom in my -bathroom duplex, located in central Ocala. The bedroom is available starting April 1st and can be subleased for months, utilities are included in the $ but the requires a #. I am open to negotiate on most terms including rental rate as I simply want someone to who needs access to a quiet apartment with a room and bed.

About the Property:

Spacious Living Areas: Enjoy a comfortable living room with couches, a kitchen table with a breakfast nook, and a private patio with a wood deck and fence.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator and freezer, stove/oven, toaster oven, microwave, air fryer, and dishwasher. An indoor washer and dryer are also available.
Private Bedroom: The bedroom will be furnished upon request.
Shared Bathroom: The shared bathroom features a combination bathtub/shower with a removable shower head.
Parking: Off-street driveway parking and a single-car garage are available. I am happy to provide additional storage space in the garage if needed.
Pet-Friendly: I have a friendly cat, and the property is pet-friendly (with prior approval).
About the Roommate Agreement:

Lease Term: Flexible month sublease.

Required Documents: To expedite the process, please provide proof of income and a copy of your photo ID upon move-in and sign a sublease agreement for the negotiated number of months.
