Hi! I’m renting a room in my newly renovated apartment. It’s a month to month contract so you have flexibility in the time you need to stay here. Potential to move in as soon as possible. Good working people. Great location in Ludlow park section of Yonkers, second floor, secure house, monitored common spaces, safe neighborhood. Looking for someone who is clean, reliable and considerate.

Private entrance-Bedroom has three separate sections. I has the bedroom with private door, then another small room with a large closet, and private access to personal balcony. Sunny, WiFi, and utilities included, A/C extra fee.

You have access to a spacious chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, French door refrigerator, the works!
Laundry down the street.

Private house is just a few minutes from the Metro-North train station and less than a ten minute walk to the beeline bus #. Plenty of shops, grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, churches etc. in the area. Mount Saint Vincent college is also close by.
