SOUTH PASADENA - Roommate Wanted starting in June (near Mission & Fremont) - $ obo
I will be moving into a vacated 2 bedroom home owned by family in a quiet, vintage part of South Pasadena. I anticipate moving into the home in June or July and am looking for a roommate to occupy the other bedroom. Full access to house with shared bathroom. I’m a clean, stable, reliable, trustworthy, responsible, no nonsense, smart and relatively busy career woman in my mid ’s with entrepreneurial aspirations. A similar compatible person would be ideal. No smoking, loud partying or frequent visitors (occasional visitors are fine). A small dog might be acceptable depending on the circumstances (I might get a smallish dog in the future too). If this timing works for you and you think you would be a compatible roommate, please me and tell me a bit about yourself and current circumstances, and why you believe this may be a good situation for you. A credit/background check and proof of stable income may be required. First month deposit required. Plenty of parking available (paid city permit required).
