Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my room starting April , as I’ll be leaving Singapore.

The room is in a beautiful and well-maintained condo that’s currently shared by 6 female international students. Although it sounds like a lot, the place is very spacious and everyone mostly keeps to themselves, so it stays quiet and peaceful. There are 3 bathrooms (you’ll be assigned one to use), so there’s rarely any waiting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need – fridge, stove, rice cooker, pots/pans, plates, etc. – perfect if you like to cook at home.

Just a 2-minute walk to FairPrice and set in a quiet, green, upscale residential area. It’s also a 5-minute walk to King Albert Park MRT (DT line) – and the sheltered walkway means you’ll stay dry even on rainy days!

The room itself isn’t huge, but comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, shelf, and aircon – everything you need to live comfortably.

Rent is SGD $/month, inclusive of utilities and Wi-Fi – a great deal considering the location and amenities.
