My name is Katie. My current roommate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to fill that space. There is a full size bed and bed frame available if needed. The room has a lot of natural light and has a sizeable closet. The room already has a built in ac unit that works well and keeps the room cool.
My ideal roommate is someone who’s pretty chill, clean, responsible, easygoing, and respectful.

A little about myself, I’m from England and have been living in the city for over a decade. Currently, I work from home so I spend a lot of time in the living room. I’m a very chill low key person. I rarely bring friends over, just my girlfriend. Occasionally, I like to go out and have a drink with dinner. I have a good relationship with my landlord and Super, they are responsive and helpful.

Close to the A/C, B/D, Trains. Crosstown bus Bx, M2, etc.
All public transportations are within walking distance.
