Luxury Room and private bath

For non-smokers. Settled people only. Shared closet area... my bike and some business items are there. Not much, but there is still a lot of space for your items. I'm a remote worker. Destructive people? Keep moving. I've been there, done that. Respect my property and complex.

No loud anything. I usually wear headphones. So that I don't disturb you. I play/listen to music. It works both ways.

I'm a Marvel fan. I will let you know if I have a movie day in advance. No door slamming. No hyperactivity. Yes.. there are people who can't sit their behinds down for a second. No in and out traffic. Or I may assume that is what you are doing.

Keep place clean. W&D is on your side of the flat. I will ask permission to use it when needed. Everyone needs their personal space. And I will respect your privacy.

Will consider 2 students of the same sex with a discount per person. It would be a great dorm room.

Downtown is hopping! Museums, close to golf courses, yes I play, join me sometimes! There are a lot of free cultural events. In the ❤️ of the city. You can get anywhere from here. Airports friendly for both DFW and Lovefield. I travel at times, another reason I love the area. Restaurants in the nearby area. You don't really need a car with DART so close. Library as well as major businesses. Your choice of great grocery stores. I mostly have mine delivered. And if you're a fan of hockey and basketball...American Airlines is 2 train stops away or walk there in minutes. DFW is also an option with a direct line. They have great restaurants a well. But the stockyard is what they are known for.

Oh.. close to bgyms and Klyde Warren park. There's free yoga classes if you are into that. But the best are the free movies and concerts.

AT&T Air offers internet for your room at a decent price. Due to my job, mine isn't available. But you can use my tv and/or have movie nights.
