Shared Room for Rent

Hello, I am a Trans-femme and I’m new to the Chicago area and looking for a roommate to share a large 1BDR the room is big enough to accommodate two beds, and we’ll split the rent. You’ll have your own privacy when I’m at work or out, and I can also give you space at times by sleeping in the living room if needed. The room is more south-westish. Not north. Not sure why it says that.

This is a short-term arrangement, as I plan to rent a 2-bedroom apartment soon at another space and split months rent with someone and If everything works out, with the shared room arrangement for the time being you’re welcome to rent with me at another private room at the 2BDR apartment I’ve been looking at.

I do have one requirement: I will need help with transportation getting to and from work I do have my own car but have a fear of driving (amaxophobia) from a past accident. So I am looking for a roomate who has a driver’s license or experience with driving or have their own car and can drive me to and from work, and also help with small errands, and occasional outings, I’d greatly appreciate it. We can work out a schedule that suits you, and fits both of our work schedules If you’re interested, please let me know!
