Looking for a room or apt!

Description

I am currently looking for a room or apartment that I can do a short term month-to-month lease or sublease while transition towards moving out of California. My current lease is ending at the end of this month and I am hoping I can move in by June 1st. I am very proactive in tidiness, organization, as well as quiet, respectful and a mindful Roommate. I work a job from Monday through Friday, and usually enjoy the outdoors on weekends. I am not usually want to have guests and I typically spend my nights in during the weeks.
