Master Bedroom/Private Bathroom

Hi Roomsters! My name is Faith Kruz and I am looking for a (Girl ~ ) Roommate! I am currently living in the [Plan F] ( Sq. Ft.) at the Oak Glen Apartments. The Apartment offers many desirable attributes including: easy access to major highways, shopping centers, dining, and entertainment. It's close to the Irvine Spectrum Center, South Coast Plaza, and John Wayne Airport, making it perfect for anyone who needs convenience and connectivity.

The master bedroom (Bedroom 1 on the floorplan) will be available in mid-June as my current roommate is graduating and moving out. We would just need to replace you with her on the lease, which is available to do digitally!

I am usually either in my room or out and about, only really using the living space to play with my cats or if I have guests over. I'm pretty laid back about cleaning as long as the space is hygienic and doesn't get in the way of what I need to do! Some random notes, I have a TV, but my roomate will be taking the TV stand, so it'd be great if you have one. She will be taking her bed, so you'll need one of those! I do enjoy going out on the weekends and there is alcohol present in the house. I think that's all for the basics! Let me know if you're interested. :)
