Lakewood Apartment

Looking for a roommate in the Lakewood area. The apartment complex is called Elevate at Red Rocks. I use the third room as a home office. You will have your own bathroom across the hall from your room. I am pretty introverted and work full time, will start law school in the fall part time, and I stay at my partner's house on her days off so I will be in and out of the apartment a couple days out of the week. My lease ends in December so it will be a short term setup for you. Ideally, you are LGBT+ friendly and can be cool with sharing common spaces. You will need to pass a credit/background check with the apt complex. I think the app fee is around fifty bucks, but you will not need to pay a deposit unless you're bringing a cat or dog.
