Roommate starting July

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female roommate (s) to find a ba with in Harrison/North Ironbound. Mid/late July, budget is flexible but ideally under base rent. No smoking or pets please.

I’m , work hybrid in corporate, and in my free time, I like to go to the city, work out, and try new restaurants. I have almost all basic living room/kitchen furnishings and looking to keep. Need to know by end of April!
