Private room, utilities included in rent. Only one person can live here. No pets. No visitors. I stay here & I don't have guests over so it's a fair deal. Located in the heart of Hollywood. Across the street of the Hollywood strip walk of fame and attractions. I'm twenty eightt years old. I'm a single mom. I have an eightt year old son that sleepover on the weekends. Would like to have a roommate who wouldn't mind babysitting him in case of an emergency. If I have to have a hospital visit because l'm chronically ill. Would like a roommate that can cook. I provide the food for us, and do the dishes. I am an introvert. Socially awkward. I'm cordial with people but I keep to myself. Contact me if interested.
