hey youuu! i’m looking for a housemate to share this cool ass house in Preston! it’s just me living here, so you’ll only be sharing the bathroom and common areas with me—plenty of space and privacy.

the house has gorgeous wooden floors, loads of natural light, and heating/air con in literally every single room (so no worries with the cold or heat). the house gives s vibes, it has a cute lilac bathroom with both a shower and a separate bath. also theres a big front and backyard with so much green and space to hang.

i moved in just last week, so everything is freshly cleaned and i’m also discovering the area lol the room for rent is unfurnished, so ideally you’d bring your own bed and bits, but more than happy to help you find some gems on marketplace/opshops and help set it all up so you can make it truly your own.
