We have a private room for rent in the top floor of a large sf beautiful, open, yet cozy, comfortable, furnished home with two large decks :)

We are located in north HB, 1 mile from beach and a few blocks from Bolsa Chica reserve, HB Harbor and Butterfly Park 🦋

Rent includes a quiet private furnished bedroom (third floor) with large skylight, window with view of trees private shower/bath (main floor), all common areas including decks, and meditation/bedroom (across the hall on same floor) is available for occasional short term guests!

We want someone who is committed to building healthy, respectful relationships with their housemates—one who has an inquisitive open mind and loving heart.

NOTE: We have stairs—must be physically fit! Our typical roommate age-range is mid twenties to mid thirties.

Are you a musician? We have a baby grand, digital piano, two acoustic guitars and multiple cultural percussive instruments!

About Us: My husband is an Operations Manager and I am an artist/therapist & mentor who works from home. We are a health-conscious, fit, active, spiritual, huggable, sociable, politically neutral, vaccine & covid-free, responsible, non-partying, chill, conscious couple. We seek the same or similar in our roommates (smoke/alcohol/drug-free!)

PS: We love animals, but sadly no pets are allowed here :(
