Apartment in historic Bethlehem

Description

Currently am living at a place in Bethlehem, close to Main St. Beautiful, spacious apartment! Looking for a roommate to move in and share costs, and hopefully make a new friend. Your share of the rent would be $/month, plus half the electric, gas, and internet. The landlord requires background and credit checks, and renter's insurance.

I’m very quiet and tidy. Home is my favorite place to be, and I love it to be a cozy, happy place! I like to cook and work on craft projects when I'm not at work.

I have 3 adult cats. I expect to handle everything regarding feeding/ cleaning up after them. No more animals are allowed, including pets or service animals.

Looking for someone who doesn’t smoke or do drugs, and is responsible about drinking if they do. Preferably someone who is also quiet and doesn’t have friends/partners over all the time. Someone responsible and proactive about bills and cleaning up after themselves.
