hi there! I am a early thirtys gay man looking for a room from Mid may through the end of the year. I work in consulting and live in the city so I can be close to work. I love to exercise, like health and nutrition, and work on my computer quite a bit. I am a pretty quiet and reserved person, but do like to socialize and make friends when i have the time.

Looking for move in with a group of people or sign on to an existing lease as I am planning on being in the city for quite some time. Prefer male roommates but not required. super easy going, can fix many things, and will typically keep to myself as I am on a pretty tight gym and work schedule.

Early riser and early to bed, typically have pretty relaxing weekends. When i have time for hobbies I like to cook, hike, make bread, used to be a kombucha brewer, and like fancy coffee. I love to walk around the city as there is always something new that I didn't see the first time. Looking for somewhere in hell’s kitchen
