I am transferring my lease to any woman who wants to take over. I have a roommate (female) so I want her to be comfortable with another woman being in the apartment. You both will have your separate leases, so you don’t have to worry about communicating who’s going to pay what. My lease ends in three months, but you are still able to renew it. There is a transfer fee, so ask me about it. The place comes already furnished. It’s a big complex with a pool, gym, volleyball, about 5 minutes away from sac state, and close to many gas stations.
