Aug. roommate wanted–great location

Move-in August 1st

Looking for a roommate to join me in a cozy house in West Wash Park starting August 1st. Grad students and young professionals get priority. Rent is $/month and includes
two private rooms and a private bathroom. The house has a yard, garage, washing machine, and is fully furnished–you’re welcome to use the existing bed, dresser, and nightstands, or bring your own. The second room is a bonus space that’s all yours to furnish and make your own (office, hobby room, etc.).

Pets are welcome! (Just no cats or ferrets, please.) I have a sweet dog and a parrot–they’re both friendly and warm up quickly.

I work a varied schedule, so you’ll have plenty of time to yourself. You’re totally welcome to have friends over and guests stay for a reasonable time from out of town–I’m laid-back about that. I'd love to have the chance to meet and get to know each other first.
