Master bedroom in a Townhome

I am making this post for my father. The townhome is off of Romain Circle in a good area. He is renting out the master bedroom which will be available to in anytime after April st. He is seeking $ in a flat rate for 6 months contract with renewal available, or $ for a month-to-month contract. $ refundable security deposit. My father is a year old single male, he works hours per week. There is one dog living here, a female Black Mouth Curr who is friendly and loving. You may bring up to one pet, the pet just has to be friendly. No breed restrictions. No utility payments unless utility bill goes above $ and tenant will cover remainder (bill is currently $ avg). Total move in cost: $ for rent and $ security deposit. There is a washer and dryer on as well as a full functioning kitchen and dining room. Ask for more pictures, we are still cleaning out the house and removing everything from the old owner.
