Looking for a female roommate to rent one of the extra rooms in my fully detached, three-bedroom house. The home has two stories, a basement, a garden, and one fully renovated bathroom which we’ll share. The room is partially furnished and single occupancy (one person only). Internet is included, while other utilities will be split between the two of us. Please note: no guests, no pets, and non-smokers only.
