Hi, my name is Lauren. I am a -year old marketing professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Mar Lee (southwest Denver). The monthly rent is $ and the room is available on May (some flexibility). The house has basic furnishing, the bedroom would be unfurnished. I have one well-behaved dog and would be open to one more well-behaved, vaccinated dog (additional fee+deposit). Xcel, water and internet utilities will be split evenly. The cooling system is a swamp cooler, not A/C.
