This is a beautiful, vintage apartment with main cross streets Park Ave and E Colfax. minute walk to Cheesman Park! Located near many bars and restaurants. LGBTQIA+ friendly area.

Utilities are $/month. Electricity and internet will have to be set up separately. Apartment allows two pets, with no weight limits on dogs but breed restrictions apply. Pet rent is $/pet pet deposit (refundable). Laundry room in basement.

Off street parking included with rent!! 1 spot. (First come first served, but I have only not found parking twice). Not covered.

Neighbors are wonderful! And everyone keeps common areas clean and everyone respects quiet hours. Sunday apartment cleaned by cleaning lady.
