Room for rent and a private home

Description

This is not a roaming house. This is the private home. I have a one bedroom for a single male. Must have verifiable income must have been employed for at least months. You are responsible for your own Internet, or pay a portion of the Wi-Fi Internet services already existing in the home.
This is a working home everyone work. Water and electric is included in the rent. Washer and dryer are in basement.
