Looking for a responsible, chill roommate to share a bath home off the main South Congress strip. Rent is $/month, all bills + Fiber included. You’ll have your own bedroom and shared access to the bathroom, living space, kitchen, and a big fenced backyard.

The house is around sq ft, cozy but clean and well-kept. Quiet neighborhood near SoCo and South 1st with easy access to shops, groceries, and I-. There’s a driveway with space to park.

You’ll be living with me (, work in tech, mostly remote), plus my dog Junebug (
months old and very friendly). So, being dog-friendly is a must.

Ideal roommate is clean, kind, respectful, and independent. This is not a party house—just looking for someone grounded who’s got their own thing going on but enjoys a good chat or shared meal now and then.
