Private room & Bathroom (Gated!)

Description

I’m looking to rent out the other room in my place (asap). You’ll have your own private bathroom, use of the kitchen/balcony/living room and access to all of the amenities on the property. I ask you keep the common area clean and just respect my things :). I also have two cats that live in the home. WiFi and utilities included in cost.
