Hi! I’m looking for a place in Syracuse to move in. Ideal move-in date is June 1, but I have some flexibility. Currently I pay $ plus wifi and gas, and I’m not willing to go over that budget (but ideally looking for somewhere cheaper, like $). I could move into someone’s current space or we could search for somewhere to move in together.

Accessibility needs:

- Apartment must be on the first floor
- A walk-in shower is ideal, but a tub that’s low to the floor can also work
- Looking for someone willing to collaboratively plan a chore chart and roommate agreement, who communicates openly about any changing capacity or expectations
- Hoping for someone who centers reciprocal care like me
- Hoping for someone who’s similarly Covid cautious. If not, a willingness to discuss infection risk and mitigation is a must
