Very well located with great amenities! 2 Walmarts a mile away, and very close to highways in all directions.

Rules:

Kitchen:

- Allow to use the kitchen during the day.
- Light cooking only,
- Stove can't be use after 7pm.
- Cooking fish or fried food is not allowed.

Laundry:
- The laundry can be use once a week during the day, no night laundry.

House:
- No visitors
- Quiet time after 9 pm
- No remote working

Bathroom shared, always cleaned, and organized.
