Hi I have 2 rooms available for rent and a private bathroom. If you're interested in both, I can offer a discount. I might not rent the other room out, so it would just be myself and you in the home. I fo have cameras in/out the home and will be installing a keypad for the front door when I paint the front door next week.

I like to keep the house cool during the day and a lot colder at night.

You are able to use all common areas such as kitchen, lanai, backyard, garage and washer and dryer.

You must be pet friendly as I have a senior cat that sleeps all day, a guinea pig, and a chinchilla.

I'm looking for someone who is drama free, clean, respectful, and courteous of others.

A background check will be done, but don't worry, as I am a very understanding person, just somethings will be a definite pass as I'm just being cautious of who will be in my home.

Single parents with kids are welcomed.
