Looking for a roommate

Looking for a roommate to fill my guest bedroom. Apartment is located 5 minutes north of the Air Force base, miles from bayshore, minutes from downtown and minutes from the airport. Apartment complex amenities include a pool, volleyball court and giant pond in the back of the complex. Rent includes water, cable, and internet. Electric is billed separately which would be split with me . I have a cat, and am open to other animals depending on breed and size. Must be willing to sign a one year lease and apply with the leasing office. Application fee is $, they run a full background check and credit report history.
