Looking for someone to take over my lease in a quiet, pet-friendly home located at just minutes from UC Davis by car!

This private, unfurnished room is in a calm and respectful household—great for students or professionals who value a peaceful space. You’ll share a large bathroom with one other person, and have access to shared areas including a kitchen, living room, and in-unit washer and dryer. There’s also a backyard with a small patio perfect for relaxing or studying outdoors.

Important Notes:
• Room is unfurnished, so you’ll need to bring your own bedroom furniture.
• The common areas (living/dining room) may be unfurnished starting in June, as two roommates (who own the furniture) are moving out at the end of May.
• Utilities are currently split 4 ways and run about $/month per person, but they may be lower going forward depending on how many people stay in the home and actual usage. For example, if only people remain, utilities could drop due to reduced consumption—even if split between fewer people.
