Looking for a Roomate!

Hello!! My boyfriend and I are in our twenties, we have two roomates and are looking for one more, for our four bedroom house in Evanston, NW Calgary. Shared living areas like kitchen, living room and shared bathroom.

5 min walk away from co-op grocery store, and lots of restaurants/stores. Backs on to bike paths and overlooks nose hill creek. Street parking only, bus stops close by, no train access nearby. Available for move in on May 1. Rent is $ utilities + wifi are included in that price. Shared living space, so looking to rent out to young professionals or students. no pets.

A little about our house; we are all working or students, with busy schedules. We like to spend time outdoors, as well as the occasional movie nights or social/board game nights. Looking for respectful, hardworking individuals with similar lifestyles. We all wake up early, so want a roommate who respects quiet time past pm.
