Neighborhood park and community pool included. All house privileges, including in house laundry, kitchen, living room, access to both bathrooms, yard, screened in back porch with outdoor sectional seating, smoker/grill, fire pit, ect. Price includes all utilities, lots of extras, and all commonly shared household items; TP, PT, flushable wet wipes (clean bum is very important🤷‍♀️😂), dish/dishwasher soaps, all sink hand soaps, all cleaning products, garbage bags, ziplocks, foil, plastic wrap, all basic condiments and spices, HOA fees (aka pool/park), yard service, pest control services, ect. Basically everything but personal laundry detergents and toiletries, ect. Currently just me and my 9 yr old cat (more like dog), Max. We are welcoming, kind, thoughtful, courteous, friendly, uplifting, honest, fun, caring, supportive, encouraging, responsible, dedicated. We enjoy other’s company and respect each other’s privacy and space. I love cooking for people and love great food (HARD CORE FOODIE ALERT), I grow my own herbs and produce when I can; love adventures, travel, camping, learning new cultures… I AM SUPER DUPER PASSIONATE, APPRECIATE and EMBRACE DIVERSITY!
