I am looking to sublease my room at Liv+ Arlington for the months of June and July. My lease is up July st but recently got a new job and need to move closer to it due to the hours. I currently live in a roommate style apartment. I have my own bathroom, shower, and walk in closet. Our apartment comes fully furnished with a huge flat screen TV which is easy to use and broadcast your favorite shows, movies, video games, and sporting events! My current roommate is very clean, quiet, and friendly! Liv+ Arlington is only a block away from UTA which is an easy commute to class and great if you want to walk to your classes with walking distance to many popular food places and coffee shops! ☕️🌮 Liv+ Arlington is all utilities included and has beautiful amenities such as a pool, grills, a courtyard with lots of chairs and fireplaces, study rooms, and a mini market that can be accessed if you want a sweet treat 🍦🍩 as well as a state of the art gym which is my personal favorite! I have lived here for the past 3 years and absolutely love the community and feel safe no matter what time of day it is walking around the property as a female! Let me know if you’re interested in taking over my lease as I am looking for a tenant to move in at the end of May ! 😊🫶🏼
