Basement apartment with two bedrooms (one is currently occupied by me), shared living room, bathroom, kitchen. No washer/dryer, but there is a laundromat only a minute away.

Located right off of Main Street, this apartment is conveniently located in immediate proximity to anything and everything you might need, including supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and the Smithtown LIRR station. The driveway accommodates three vehicles, so you'll have a space to park off the street. The landlord and his family live right upstairs and he has always been very quick to respond to any and all inquiries.

Currently there is construction going on upstairs so the yard isn't as nice to look at as it usually is, but there's an in-ground backyard pool and firepit which tenants are allowed to use when the weather warms up!

Only requirements are no children and no dogs; the current tenant has a cat, so please don't be allergic! Rent is $/mo split between both tenants, so moving in your rent will be $/mo plus a security deposit of one month's rent. UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED; the only additional fee is $/mo for high speed internet which I pay for, if you want to have wi-fi. Be advised that the living room area will be mostly unfurnished.
