Looking for sublease for June !

Description

I’m looking for a subleaser to take over my lease starting June this year! You would have three roommates in a 5 bedroom one bathroom house. Rent is a month and utilities are around each give or take.
Amenities include:
Washer/dryer
Furnished living and dining room
Fenced yard furnished with table and chairs. There is also a compost that grows green onions or chives and pumpkins
Garage attached to house
Shed in the back yard
