Total rent is $/month but will bump up as we go into the second year of leasing this. (we haven’t heard back from the owners yet on how much they’ll push up the rent this year).

Photo: These are pictures of all the common spaces + the master room. The master bedroom will be unfurnished when you receive it. This is an incredibly spacious house ( sq. Ft) and I’m terrible at decorating so if you’d like to add a touch of your style to it feel free to! :)

Parking: The house features a driveway with room for two cars and plenty of parking space on the side of the road for guests The Bedroom: Size: inches by inches or about square feet

Features: Sliding door to patio facing the backyard, spacious walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and a door lock. The Bathroom: You get your very own bathroom complete with tile flooring and a double sink.

The Neighborhood: The house is located across from McClintock High School in a quiet community. The neighborhood is perfect for morning or evening walks, and plenty of stores/restaurants nearby for added convenience.

Utilities: Electric: Ranges from $ to about $ a month depending on use. Water/sewer/trash/recycling between $/month. Wifi: Around $/month. These costs are meant to be equally split between roommates. There is also a $ credit check when you apply to be on the lease.
