Roommate ASAP in Corvallis

Looking for a new roommate ASAP: Move in ASAP - willing to move out in about months, can discuss this further.

My current roommate suddenly found out she has cancer and needed to move back home to undergo treatment. She will move back into this apartment after treatment.

TLDR:

Rent/utilities, electric, and internet average $ a month
Full-furnished apartment
Dishwasher
In-unit washer & dryer
Window AC unit
min direct bus ride from campus
5 min walk to Safeway (and other stores)
Apartment complex amenities include a heated pool & hot tub, gym space, basketball courts, bike racks, and small & large storage spaces (extra charge to rent space).
Pet friendly
Open parking spot (I don’t have a car)
This apartment is fully furnished and your bedroom would have furniture (queen bed, desk, desk chair, storage cube shelves, and a closet). The shared area has a large smart TV w/ lots of seating, a large coffee table, a bean bag chair, a dining room table, and a lot of cooking equipment! There is little room for extra furniture

Someone who owns less furniture would be ideal so my current roommate can keep all her stuff here while undergoing treatment!

Costs for your half

Rent + utilities: About $ (water/garbage can change amount & lesser share of rent for smaller bedroom than me)
Electric: $ (depending on season)
Internet: $ = Total average $
Preferably female roommate I have a cat so only one other pet is allowed.
