Status:
We have 2 rooms. We are currently renting the room to a Japanese international exchange student. She will be moving out in June after she graduates UCI. If you need something sooner, we have another room with its own attached bathroom that you can take before she moves out. We had a software engineer living in that room while working a few days a week at a large software company. He got transferred up north, so that room is available NOW. You can have that room until the other one becomes available.

About the roomies:
My college son, my husband and myself are living in the property. My son commutes to college everyday and my husband just retired. We are a loving family that would like to have someone in the home that is outgoing, has a sense of humor and enjoys life. Non smokers, Non drug users. Background check! Wants someone who works or goes to college, has ambition and willing to help out around the house. If interested, please let me know.
